Auction Night 2023

Saturday 29 July saw the club hold it's annual Auction Night. Location Auctioneers and Club Members, John and Mel Walker, really are true entertainers and know how to shift and ship out items of all descriptions....... and all-in between dinner courses!

The auction, consisting of some 70+ lots from the fun evening, generated around $6,300 for the Club, which will be going towards the much needed till system upgrades.

Behind the scenes, Zhua, Dot and Eva did a fabulous job to have the different courses ready at the times on the programme, with Philly and Ross managing the bar with perfection.

So good were John and Mel at keeping to the tight schedule, the Auction was complete by 9:15pm, just in time to watch the first Bledisloe Cup game.

We look forward to another fun-filled Auction Night in 2024. A few photos from the evening are shown here.
